Master Golf & Country Club

Using its past experiences of designing and building resorts and other recreational facilities. Sembawang E&C converted the 96 hectares of farmland into a world-class golf and country club, which consists of an 18-holes PGA championship golf course, 64-bay driving range, clubhouse, staff housing and maintenance facilities.

Great efforts were also put in to preserve some of the trees on site by changing the earthwork grading to suit the existing site profile.

Given the tight deadline, extremely poor site conditions and high expectations, we were able to deliver a cost-effective but quality project of international standards through innovative construction methods and sound management.
